Watch a fascinating conversation with Nick Bollettieri, President and Founder of the IMG Performance Institute. He has been coaching Tennis for more than 50 years and worked with Andrea Agassi, Monica Seles, Serena and Venus Williams. In this 11 minute-long interview you will hear about

- winners, what the number one characteristic is
- what leadership is and how to influence others
- what sports can teach you about failing
- how to perform under pressure
and more

you may need to register at MeetTheBoss TV to watch the whole interview, but it is worth it. “MeetTheBoss TV” is the Executive Channel, full of interviews with interesting people who share their business strategies and lessons they have learned through their careers.

I watch their interviews every three or four days. Some are fascinating. Enjoy

I really like watching these kind of videos and I think that they are really encouraging. Not only for leaders or athletes but also for everybody who needs to be inspired to reach his goals.
