Writing your thoughts on a piece of paper is like an honest conversation, brings the essential stuff out of the mist of countless thoughts and emotions. I think that people always achieve their goals, but often the goals are subconscious, so they might appear as a real sabotage. Writing your thoughts on a piece of paper is like an honest conversation, brings the essential stuff out of the mist of countless thoughts and emotions.
